Prostate Cancer - A 40-year-old male with high gleason score

History
A 40-year-old male with prostate cancer and a high gleason score was referred for a PET/CT scan to evaluate the possibility of extra pelvic disease.

In the images above you can see the lesion localization in the right lobe of the prostate.

Sclerotic bone metastasis in the C spine was identified, allowing more accurate restaging of this patient.
