History
A 60-year-old female with hx of ovarian CA, s/p resection, chemo and XRT. “Stable” soft-tissue density on CT over last year but rising CEA levels.
PET/CT Findings
Focal para-aortic lymph node (1.5 cm). Focal uptake in abdominal wall (subtle soft tissue fullness). Hepatic focus of uptake.
