History
A 40-year-old female with multiple endocrine syndrome (MEN-1) and history of malignant pheochromocytoma.

Original Diagnosis
MIBG scan one year ago showed right adrenal lesion; adrenal resected, no tumor found.

PET/CT Findings
Focal FDG uptake in C6, T12, and L4 vertebral bodies, and in right perivetebral region at the pelvic inlet.
