History
A 52-year-old patient who received a liver transplant in 1997. History of PTLD, including a lung mass and lymphoma.

PET/CT Findings
The PET/CT scan of the abdomen demonstrated a number of areas of focally-increased FDG uptake corresponding to retrocrural, para-aortic and mesenteric adenopathy. The SUV was within the range for malignancy.
