Lymphoma - 56-year-old male

History
A 56-year-old male diagnosed with B-cell lymphoma involving the C6 vertebral body. The patient underwent a C6 corpectomy with anterior cervical fusion and allograft.

PET/CT Findings
The PET/CT was performed for staging and therapy planning. Elevated FDG uptake with an SUV of 8-9 was observed at the C6 level of the corpectomy site; the uptake extended to a left lateral mass involving the paraspinal muscle.

Change in treatment plan
The PET/CT images helped to define the appropriate port for the radiation therapy treatment plan.
