History
A 70-year-old male with hx of colorectal CA s/p resection, chemo and XRT. Recently with rising CEA levels and CT with indistinguishable soft tissue density in pelvis.
PET/CT Findings
Uptake in soft-tissue mass plus an additional metastatic lesion in sacrum.
