Thyroid Cancer - Patient with history of papillary thyroid cancer

History
Patient with papillary thyroid cancer. Thyroidectomy in January 1998. Rising thyroglobulin in December 2000. PET scan in December 2000 shows malignancy in the R neck and mediastinum. I-131 ablation in February 2001 and resection of neck tumor. Follow-up PET in August 2001 shows successful resection of neck tumor, but progression of disease in the mediastinum.
