Thyroid Cancer - Patient with history of papillary thyroid cancer

Patient with papillary thyroid cancer. Thyroidectomy in 1981. Recurrence in 1998 with radical neck dissection and three I-131 ablations. Rising thyroglobulin levels in 2001. Negative I-131 met survey.

PET Findings
PET shows malignancy in the R supraclavicular region.
