Patient with papillary thyroid cancer. Thyroidectomy and I-131 ablation in 1996. New R neck mass in 2001. Negative I-131 met survey (shown in images above).

Inconclusive CT.

Biopsy Findings
Equivocal biopsy.

PET Findings
PET shows solitary malignant lesion at the site of the mass.
