Melanoma - 64-year-old male with history of multiple melanoma

64-year-old male with history of multiple melanoma, excision from the right shoulder in 2000.

PET Findings
Whole body imaging demonstrates several focal abnormalities around the right axilla. There is a large focus of intense FDG metabolism, estimated at 3 or 4 cm in diameter involving the upper right chest wall with additional areas of activity within the right axilla consistent with metastatic disease. The remainder of the chest, abdomen and pelvis were normal. The supraclavicular areas were normal.
