Melanoma - 89-year-old male

History
An 89-year-old male with excision of malignant melanoma in 1998 in the right ear region. Bx of R cheek in 1998 and R neck in 1999 showed melanoma.

CT Findings
CT scan 4/99 showed a large mass involving the R parotid region. PET ordered to r/o recurrence.

PET Findings
PET showed a large focus in the R parotid region, multiple foci in the chest wall, spine, bony pelvis, humeri, and L femur. There is Also mediastinal and liver involvement. PET consistent with widespread disease.
