Lymphoma - 76-year-old female

History
A 76-year-old female with submandibular lymphoma. Multiple recurrence of the spine, ribs, and axillary nodes. Patient presents with back and right hip pain.

CT Findings
Extensive disease seen throughout the body with inconclusive findings to support patient's pain.

PET Findings
FDG uptake noted throughout the chest and abdomen, suggesting active malignancy / lymphoma. Intense FDG uptake noted in the right psoas muscle consistent with hip and back pain.
