Lymphoma - 51-year-old female





History
A 51-year-old female with a history of lymphoma. Currently receiving chemotherapy.

CT Findings
No evidence of Lymphoma involving the chest. Retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy noted in the upper abdomen, consistent with lymphoma. Gastric wall thickening questionable, incomplete distention or lymphoma involving the gastric wall.

PET Findings
Restaging PET Scan shows varying FDG uptake noted in the retroperitoneal abnormalities. A decrease in uptake in a number of focal abnormalities is noted while two of them show higher uptake. Overall impressions suggest a varying response to therapy.
