Lymphoma - 57-year-old female

History
A 57-year-old female with multiple bilateral pulmonary nodules seen on a recent chest CT. Also noted was diffuse mediastinal, retroperitoneal and inguinal adenopathy. PET requested for diagnosis of lymphoma.

PET Findings
Numerous abnormal foci are present both above and below the diaphram. These findings are highly suspicious for a malignant process, such as lymphoma.
