Lung Cancer - 78-year-old female

History
A 78-year-old year old female with a history of lung cancer.

CT Findings
Presents with a right upper lung lesion noted to be larger in size when compared to previous film. Questionable recurrent tumor.

PET Findings
Previously noted right upper lung abnormality on CT scan shows a slight increase in size, however is not considered to be metastatic in nature but is consistent with centrally necrotic tumor.
