Patient presents with a history of hemoptysis.

CT Findings
3.8 cm pleural based mass density within the left lung. Mediastinal and perihilar adenopathy in the left lower lobe of the lung.

PET Findings
FDG uptake noted in the left lower lung field consistent with tumor. There is evidence of metastastic disease throughout the torso.
