Lung Cancer - 66-year-old female

History
A 66-year-old female with a history of lung and breast cancer, post-radiation therapy treatments.

CT Findings
Large expansile lytic lesion in sternum. Further evaluation for possible radiation necrosis versus metastatic disease.

PET Findings
Increased FDG uptake in the anterior chest corresponding to the soft tissue mass and sternum. FDG uptake in the left anterior-superior mediastinum. These finding are consistent with malignant process.
