Colorectal Cancer - 62-year-old female

History
A 62-year-old female, surgery for Duke’s stage D colon carcinoma, right colectomy, rising CEA level.

CT Findings
3 x 3 x 5.5 cm mass in the right upper lateral pelvis, suspicious for local recurrence. No metastatic disease seen at this time.

PET Findings
Four lesions; largest (4 cm) in the right flank (known), three in the peritoneum suspicious for malignancy.
