Breast Cancer - 48-year-old female

History
A 48-year-old female with a history of breast cancer and left side chest pain, being evaluated for metastatic disease.

CT Findings
Two small nodules in the left lower lobe of the lung. Extensive soft tissue thickening in the left breast. A 2cm lymph node present in the left axilla. Suggested metastatic disease.

PET Findings
Increased FDG uptake within the left breast and chest wall. Metastatic adenopathy in axilla. No FDG uptake in the lung nodules.
